Booking & Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website, or by phone (WhatsApp).
Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
Yes, a deposit is required upon check-in. The amount will vary for each type of tent.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, date changes are allowed with prior notice and are subject to availability. Please check our rescheduling policy for details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the notice period. Refunds may be available according to our policy, with a processing fee applied.
Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Penalty will be imposed for late check-outs.
What do I need to bring for check-in?
Please bring a valid ID and your booking confirmation for verification upon arrival.
Can someone else check in on my behalf?
Yes, but they must provide your booking details and a copy of your ID.
Accommodation & Facilities
What amenities are included in the tents?
Each tent is equipped with air-conditioning, comfortable bedding, lighting, electrical outlets, cups, filtered drinking water, kettle, hairdryer, and basic toiletries. Some accommodations may offer additional features such as en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and shampoos.
Do you provide towels and toiletries?
Yes, basic toiletries and towels are provided. The towels that we provide are disposable towers. However, guests are welcome to bring their own for personal comfort.
Is there electricity and running water?
Yes, all tents have access to electricity, and running water is available at designated facilities.
Do the tents have locks for security?
Yes, our tents are secure, and guests are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.
Food & Beverages
Is food provided at the glamping site?
All packages include a complimentary dinner and breakfast. Guests are also welcome to explore the town and enjoy a variety of local dining options, with many restaurants available nearby.
Can I cook at the Glamping site?
Cooking is allowed at the Glamping site.
Are outside food and drinks allowed?
Outside food is only permitted if an event contract has been signed with the management. For regular stays in the tent, outside food is not allowed. Please note that alcohol policies may vary—kindly check with us before bringing any alcoholic beverages.
Site Rules & Policies
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking inside the tents is strictly prohibited.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
Can I play music in my tent?
Music is allowed at a reasonable volume. Quiet hours begin from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
What happens if I damage any property during my stay?
Guests will be held responsible for any damages, and repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
Activities & Experiences
Do you have a cafe at the Glamping site?
Yes, we do have a cafe selling drinks and some pastries.
Can I host a private event at the glamping site?
Yes, private events such as birthdays, weddings, proposals, wellness programs, yoga retreats, and corporate retreats can be arranged. Please reach out for event planning details.
Safety & Emergencies
What safety measures are in place at the glamping site?
Our site is monitored for security, and first-aid kits are available. Staff members are trained to handle emergencies. CCTV is available at certain designated areas of the site to ensure the safety of all guests.
Is there mobile reception and Wi-Fi at the site?
Mobile reception is reliable throughout the site. While Wi-Fi may be available in common areas, it is not guaranteed inside the tents.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
Contact our on-site staff immediately. Emergency contact numbers will be provided upon check-in.
