Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy

    No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations unless the management is informed at least 7 days before the check-in time.

    Refund Policy for Cancellations:
  • 7 days before the booking date – 10% refund
  • 15 days before the booking date – 30% refund
  • 21 days before the booking date – 50% refund
  • 28 days before the booking date – 70% refund

    Full refunds will be subject to a 6% processing fee, calculated based on the total booking amount.

 

  1. Date Change & Rescheduling

    Guests may reschedule their booking with at least 8 days’ notice, provided they can secure an available date.

    The new booking date must be within 3 months of the original reservation. For example, a booking for Christmas this year cannot be rescheduled to Christmas next year.

    Maximum only two reschedules are permitted per booking.

 

  1. Replacement Guest

    A replacement guest is allowed if the original guest is unable to attend the trip.

    The replacement guest must comply with all booking requirements, including providing valid identification.

 

  1. Refund Processing

    Refunds will be processed within 8-12 working days from the approval date.

    Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise specified. 

 

  1. No-Show Policy

    If a guest fails to check-in without prior notice, the booking will be forfeited with no refund. 

  2. Extreme Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

    In the event of severe weather conditions or government-imposed travel restrictions, guests may be eligible for a full or partial refund or a date change, subject to management discretion.
